Sending a WhatsApp or SMS to cancel
(You can cancel dinner before 1 p.m. on the same day and lunch before 8 p.m. the day before.)You can also cancel the meal by giving us a text message or WhatsApp message at +91 72087 26943

To cancel the meals, please send a message with your first and last name, the order number, and the date(s).

But with this method, you can only cancel lunch before 8 p.m. the day before and only cancel dinner on the same day before 11 a.m. So, to cancel lunch on January 31, 2025, you would have to send an SMS or WhatsApp message before 8 p.m. on January 30, 2025.

These meals that were canceled will be sent with Auto Carry Forward.

No cancellation messages will be sent after the times given above. After these times, you can use Self-Cancellation on the website to do it.
