Healthy Feast Terms & Conditions

  1. Mumbai’s dabbawalas or other concierge services will deliver the tiffins.
  2. The cost of delivery for lunch and dinner is 40 Rs per order.
  3. Healthyfeast delivery partners will deliver the customer’s meal to the reception, security gate, or common area if they cannot access the building premises.
  4. Please check the booking history tab to see the exact dates of your planned orders.
  5. The duration of a meal cannot be altered once it has been selected. For instance, a monthly order cannot be converted to a weekly or three-monthly order.
  6. You can’t switch from lunch to dinner or dinner to lunch.
  7. Delivery of the five-day meals selected is not possible on Saturdays.
  8. All changes must be made at least one day in advance, either online through the website or by text message or WhatsApp, as instructed on the cancellation page.
  9. One monthly subscription includes 20/24 meals, while a one-week subscription includes 5/6 meals. Depending on your work schedule, these subscriptions can be serviced from Monday to Friday or Monday to Saturday.
  10. Dabbawala or any other agent shall not be considered valid recipients of correspondence or verbal communication regarding Healthyfeast orders, complaints, modifications, cancellations, or any other matter.
  11. Before the commencement of tiffin deliveries, all payments for the tiffin and delivery charges must be made on our website via credit/debit card, net banking, or NEFT/IMPS/Cheque/Cash Deposit in the account.
  12. HealthyFeast retains the right to terminate any consumer’s tiffin service.
  13. HealthyFeast reserves the right to cancel or retain the tiffin in case of non-payment or default.
  14. You should email your complaints and suggestions to info@healthyfeast.in.
  15. HealthyFeast will not address any complaints or discrepancies regarding tiffin delivery. There is a personal contract regarding the delivery service between you and the dabbawalas/concierge services. We merely collect the delivery charge on their behalf.
  16. Meal deliveries will not be made on Sundays, public holidays, severe rains, riots, or in the event of natural disasters or dabbawala strikes.
  17. Suppose something unexpected comes up, like heavy traffic or a Major Event. In that case, the arrival time may be a little longer. Once meals are sent out, they can’t be changed or stopped.
  18. The meals are cooled to room temperature and subsequently packaged in microwave-safe containers to prevent spillage. As a result, consumers may receive their food at room temperature. Customers are advised to reheat their dishes after removing the lids of containers before consumption to increase their enjoyment of the meal.
  19. Delivery times: lunch will be brought to you between 11 am and 1:30 pm, and dinner will be brought to you between 5 pm and 8 pm.
