What is the process for placing an order?
Explore :- Healthyfeast enables you to peruse various tiffin service menus and place an order once you have selected a meal you enjoy.
Order :- Select the meal type, plan, start date, area, and time. Please include delivery instructions, modify the quantity, add it to your cart, and add additional tiffins or extras.
Review :- your cart and proceed to the checkout. If you have not yet logged in, you must do so or create an account. To make your order, please enter your delivery address, verify the total bill including taxes, and complete the payment.
Are your meals freshly prepared or frozen?

Will the food be the same every day?
No meal is served more than once in 4 weeks. You can view our menu here.
Can I change my Meal or leave out some food?
Most of our tiffin menu cannot make special orders or cook separately. If you have particular food preferences, like what you want to eat, how spicy you like it, or if you need any substitutes, please write them in the “Order Instructions (For Sellers)” section before you add things to your cart. We will quickly pass this information to the seller, but it is up to them to decide whether to accept the requests. There is no promise that they will agree to them.
Can I choose vegetarian meals for some days of the week and non-vegetarian meals for others?
Yes, that can be done. Please inform us at least one day in advance before 7:00 p.m. via What’s App or Message.
What should I do if I'm traveling or want to pause my meal subscription service?
You can stop your meal delivery plan whenever you want. Please talk to our nutritionists before updating us, or you can update us directly through your Healthyfeast Customer Service. To pause food delivery, you must submit your request by 6 pm the day before. For example, if you want to take a break starting Friday, you must submit your request by 6 pm on Thursday. Requests made after 6 pm won’t be accepted, and you’ll be charged for your food that day.
Are the meals made fresh and delivered every day?
Our tiffin sellers cook and pack meals fresh for each delivery day. At Healthyfeast, we bring lunch and dinner tiffins separately, giving you one fresh tiffin daily.
Can I set up tiffin deliveries to different places, like my home some days and my job on others?
Right now, our system can’t save two addresses for one sale. Choose your primary shipping address for the place where you want most of your orders sent. If you need to change your delivery address, please get in touch with customer service at least one day before the delivery date. Please let customer support know whenever you want to change the delivery address to a different place or back to the original one.
Can I monitor the delivery driver's location in real-time?
We do not offer real-time tracking of the delivery driver’s position. We will send you emails and texts with updates on your expected delivery times. For more information on tracking your order and how we send it, please check our Delivery Policy.
Can you deliver at my preferred time?
Our delivery service tries to bring your tiffin on time. However, we might not be able to offer exact delivery times. TiffinStash uses a highly organized long-distance sequential delivery method. Drivers pick up lunch boxes from a central location and follow a planned route for faster deliveries, making it hard for us to bring your order at your chosen time.

Can I cancel, suspend, or skip monthly meal subscription?
- To cancel, suspend, or skip your subscription Meal Plan, log onto My Subscription. All orders submitted on our website are one-time transactions. You would have to visit our website every time to place your next order.

Can I change my order?
If you need to fix a problem or change your order, please contact our customer support at least one day before your next delivery and do so by 7 PM. You can change your personal information, such as your name, phone number, email, and address. You can also adjust your tiffin plan and arrival times for lunch or dinner, among other things.
