Delivery Instructions (for drivers)

No Upstairs Delivery: We can’t deliver upstairs in apartments or condos because our delivery method is designed to get packages to all customers on time. Please provide a specific drop-off spot (like the lobby or reception) and how you’d like to be notified about delivery changes (call, text, or other). Please don’t add your address to the shipping note; you’ll provide it at checkout

Wait Time for Delivery: If you pick up in person, the driver will wait 5 minutes at your location. If it takes more than 5 minutes, the driver will find a safe place to drop off the tiffin. They will go to the next stop if there is no safe place.

Precautions: If you live in a house, place a covered bin outside to keep your tiffin safe from animals and ants.

Please do not include any information about your tiffin order, like allergies or items to skip, in the delivery directions. Please include this information in the order instructions for sellers only. We aim to keep arrival times the same all day. You will get the exact delivery time on the first day of your plan or with your trial order.

Delivery Times

ETA Tracking Link: On the delivery day, you will get an automatic email and text message with a tracking link that shows a 30-45 minute expected arrival time. If you don’t get an SMS, check your email because another service might block it. If you haven’t gotten a tracking link by 10 AM for lunch or 4 PM for dinner, please reach out to our support team.

The estimated time of arrival (ETA) can change often. Remember that heavy traffic, weather, and unexpected events may affect the ETA once the driver starts the delivery. In its estimated travel time, Google Maps doesn’t include the time drivers wait at each stop, such as waiting for people to come down from their homes.

Delivery Proof: When the driver gets close to you, the estimated arrival time (ETA) will stop changing, showing that delivery is about to happen. When they arrive, the driver will either give the tiffin to you or leave it at ground level, depending on your orders. If that’s the case, he will post a picture of where he delivered the tiffin.

Delivery Times: We serve lunch from 11 AM to 2 PM and dinner from 5 PM to 8 PM. Delivery times may be about 45 minutes longer because of traffic, road closures, or bad weather.

Heat and Enjoy: The tiffins might come cold because they take a long time to travel. Drivers keep the food at a cool temperature to keep it fresh. It’s recommended to heat them before eating.
